Richard,
A standard textbook answer would be anywhere from as soon as
a week up to several weeks.
But keep in mind that the act of breeding does not guarantee
that you will have eggs. Not all matings end in a clutch of
eggs.
There are birds that will actively breed and never produce an
egg.
Also, because you cannot be sure that when you saw them
breeding was the first time, you could have an egg in a day
or two, if they had started breeding sooner an you did not
witness it.
