    Mercedez,

It's so very sad to read such words from such a young woman. What's even
more disturbing is that your mother has not had the initiative to get you
some professional help. I realize that she is not a well woman, but her
child should be foremost in her list of priorities.

I know you can't see what's ahead for you, but you will be able to do
NOTHING for animals or anyone for that matter because you are unable to do
it alone. It takes many people to pull together to achieve a goal or cause.
An no matter how independent you are, you will still have to deal
with "humans" on some level to achieve you own personal goals.

I certainly hope that someone who knows you will see your desperate cry for
help and possibly take actions on your behalf.

Did you finish high school? What about guidance counselors or teachers.
Were you in some special education program?

Your story has lots of flaws and unanswered questions. I think you really
    need to seek help.

    God Bless,

    Wanda
