    Your post blows me away! Are you saying you want to get rid of your
    bird before problems develop? You don't even know whether your bird
    will become a problem or not? In the early 1980's I bought a wild-
    caught, imported Blue Front Amazon. Over the years we developed the
    strongest bond. That bird loved me and I loved him. I could do
    anything to him, clip his nails, flight feathers, hold him, let him
    sit on my shoulder and he would not bite. You too would probably
    develop a similar bond with your bird. Why do you want to get rid of
    him ... just because of something you read here? I am still shaking
    my head ....
