try petfinder.com
or put an add in a local paper.
people buy amazons with out knowing what they are like
& need to get rid of them.
You should be able to get an amazon w/cage for that price in
a large city. In the Chicago area the refuges are full of
birds needing homes.
Or try a local bird club, many have birds needing homes.
If you had them before you should be able to "rehab" one
good luck
