Post: Determine Age

I just got a Mealy Amazon. He is papered and DNA sexed
male, however I do not have his papers. They said he was
15 yrs old, but I am wondering if there is anyway to tell
by his looks. Also he doesn't play with toys!! My conure
destroys things so fast, however this guy is afraid of
them. 2 owners ago he was used strickly for breeding, so
I am thinking maybe he is not used to toys? Any
assistance would be appreciated.
