There are so many things that are out on the net and in some
books that reek of misinformation.
Dark leafy greens, such as kale, collards, mustards, turnips,
spinach, etc. are wonderful sources of vitamins and minerals
for your birds.
Cabbage, is fine too. Iceberg lettuce is nutritionally
worthless to both man and beast. If you are compelled to
feed a lettuce, make it romaine.
Broccoli and peppers are two other good vegetables.
Actually there are more good than bad ones to consider.
