    Michael,

    Your right if it is ok for us it should be ok for the birds. I think
    it was just a way for the water company to tell me it was not their
    fault that my birds died.

    Still no word from the vet. The birds that have died so far were 5
    and six months old. They were my hand fed babies. I'm hoping they
    were the only ones infected. I grabbed a bottle of water and added
    apple cider vinager to it instead of using the water purifier from my
    tap. I never thought it would kill them.
