    No. Quarantine of a bird applies to bringing home a bird or
    birds to a house that already has established pet birds
    living there. The new birds must be kept away from the
    established birds for about 30 days if the health of the new
    birds isn't known. Basically, quarantine is to protect other
    birds from infection. ----Dave
