Post: Need help with seed moths

I've been having a problem with these pesky seed moths
lately. They appear out of nowhere and I know all my
bird's seed and food is in proper containers. The only
thing I can think of is that they are coming out of the
droppings/old bird food on the bottom of the cage, but
this is cleaned out every few days. Any advice on how to
get rid of them? They're driving me crazy!
