    I use Acidophyllus (spelling?)for slow crop/sour crop. You
    can purchase it in any store that carries vitamins. Try to
    get the capsules so you can open one and mix the powder
    with 5 cc's of warm pedialyte. Gently massage the crop to
    try to loosen the packed food. Sometimes I mix a capsule
    in the hand feed once a day as a precautionary measure,
    mostly with smaller australians that are prone to crop
    problems. I've also heard of people using baking soda and
    warm water in the same manner, but I don't know the
    correct measurement. I hope this helps!
