Same as any other bird. Cut the primarys , not too far down,
and cut the first 6 and go from there. Test to see how much
lift they can get. They should only have enough so when
dropped they don't slam into the ground. Some birds need
more. Heck my little sun conure has to have all 10 primary
cut before he flutters to the floor.
