Post: paid $2650 for birds I have not received

In the last two months I've paid out $2650.00 for birds from
a girl named tracy in indiana. To date she has not send
birds or my money back which she keeps saying she will do
because she doesn't have the time to ship them out. Now she
isn't returning phone calls, text messages or emails.
Do you think she was ripping me off from the start???
Tell me what you would think.
