Where are you located? I can help you learn to handfeed the
babies yourself. But be forewarned, it's a messy, and
rewarding process, but shouldn't be done without supervision
as you can possibly kill your baby.

let the parents feed the baby for the first 3 weeks, then you
can remove the baby to handfeed or sell to a local petshop who
    knows how to handfeed.

But I do agree, if you can't take care of the babies, you
should get rid of your pair. There are so many things that
could go wrong such as egg binding that would need to be
caught early to not possibly kill the hen.
