Post: Baby Yellow Nape with feet defect

Can any one tell me what might case a baby amazon parrot to
have feet that are not growing . They are not growing and
are not forming correct . The bird also has a very od shaped
head and a dark red bloch on the back of the neck . I
hatched out two baby napes . The oder is doing great while
the other is develping slower . please email me with any help
