Post: 5 babies in a clutch

I'd been breeding Congo African Grey for about 4 years now.
I usually get 3 max in clutch. This time, 5 egss and all of
them hatched. My concern is; the last one hatched after few
days, good guess of 4 days.The first 4 are almost of the
same size,bigger than the fifth one.

I am worried about the small one (fifth baby). Please, I
need an advise from expert breeder of african grey. I
always pull out babies at the age of between 2 to 3 weeks
of age.
