Post: Unexpected egg

Hello. I posted to the budgie chat yesterday but nobody
seems to be on there. Can someone go on and read it and
give me some advice? I'd like to also add to that note that
I know the budgie is not egg bound because she is pooping
(though please tell me if that is wrong info). Also, my
cockatiel who is 6 has laid an egg today also. I know how
to discourage this with longer nights and more light on the
cage so it doesn't seem like a nest box, but does anyone
give vitamins (and what kinds) to keep birds healthy while
they are laying. Both eggs will be infertile since there is
no male. Thanks!
