Post: Misbehaving !!!

Okay, I hope I am not on step one again my budgie named
Perch is disobeying by flying away when i tell him step up
so I can put him back in his cage. I refuse to chase him it
will only make us both frustrated in the end. I got him
this spring and he has been doing wonderfully all this time
but now is starting to be rebellious. He was weaned when I
got him and I believe it was in February and has been such
a sweet little guy but now is reminding me of the days my
kids were teenagers and has selective hearing when I want
to put him his cage. ANY pearls of wisdom PLEASE!!!!
