If the legs are skinny looking,the bird may be underweight or
dehydrated.Would be a good idea to get a scale (gram) and weigh
them to be sure,best thing would be to have an avian vet do a
check-up.

Babies have what are referred to as "baby bars",stripes down low
on the head.As they mature,the bars recede further back,and the
head becomes whatever color it will be.This varies according to
color,of course.
