First and foremost, you need to quarantine that bird. Do NOT
let it near your tiels. Wash your hands thoroughly after
handling it. Not only do you not know where the bird came
from, but you do not know what diseases it may have picked up
while outside. You need to take precautionary measures to
protect your birds. Good luck finding its owner. -Alison-
