    birds here) then you need to go to the store and buy handfeeding
    formula and follow the directions on the package. keep the babies
    warm by putting them in a box with a heating pad (or this closet
    which is so warm?) and feed them every 2 hours. research proper
    budgie handfeeding techniques. OR you can put them in a box with
    a hole in it and perhaps put that on the bottom of the cage you
    have the parents in. but you need to feed the parents a LOT of
    food and make SURE they are feeding the babies otherwise you will
    need to handfeed. good luck - jt
