Here's a quick and easy "Peanut Butter Cookie" for your bird. 2 eggs 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup whole wheat flour 1/3 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup pellets 1/4 cup seed (millet, hulled sunflower, sesame, flax, etc.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray or oil. Place pellets in a plastic bag and crush or use a food processor to pulverize. Put the pellets in a large mixing bowl or if you used a food processor, continue mixing in that bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat with electric mixer until stff dough. If need be, use your hands to finish the mixing to make sure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Tear off small pieces and roll into marble-sized balls. Place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork first in one direction and then the other to make a criss-cross pattern on the cookie. Bake for 10-20 minutes depending upon the size you made the cookie. Watch for them to be done. Cool completely and serve to your birds. Makes about 40 small cookies. Can freeze or keep refrigerated. This is a forgiving recipe and you can add many different items as you see fit for the tastes of your bird. Michael L
