Jill, if you haven't already RUSH your bird to a vet.

If the leg is still bleeding you can try cornstarch or
baking soda to stop it. She will probably need antibiotic
treatment and possibly tape or sutures to close the would
and help it heal.

After her recovery she will probably learn to get around
fine with the one foot. She will of course need TLC and a
hospital cage during the recovery. Please post and let us
know how she is doing.
