You may try leaving the cage open and letting them come out
on their own, might be possible that they'll be more social
and less territorial. It's an idea worth trying anyways but
I had a similar problem with a female red lord amazon i had
hand fed from 3 weeks old, I put a male in with her and
after a while she wanted nothing to do with me. It was
upsetting to say the least but they bonded and the male
treats her very well. It gives me some comfort to see them
nestled together with her cuddled up to him and him preening
her while she dozes.I miss interacting with her but as you
say, "as long as she's happy". I hope it all works out ok
    for you, best of luck.
