Large English Budgie has had to have routine beak shaping
to maintain beak for eating. Now is very large. on the last
visit he became stressed, breathing hard and leaning to one
side. He cooled down and seemed better. The ride home made
him breathe hard again and he hasn't been able to fully use
his legs. He can fly and eat. His tail flips up and he can
pull himself by his beak. What could be his problem?
