Hopefully you are handfeeding and nest box is down.

I only put up nest box in Feb/March for 2 clutches each pair
going with nature for spring babys then I take down nb until
the following year. Scrub the cage well and change
everything around just enough and move toys around once a
week as a part of detering them.

When the nest box is up it encourages them to lay. When
they are encouraged this time of year there is too much
humidity and too many babys drowned in the shell.
