Did you try cooked brown rice to entice them to eat? Broccolli?
never saw a baby turn down either but the parents are use to
eating it too.

My late husband originally had a bird room within an old house
that was here on the property. I watched the dad bird feed young
ones up to 5 1/2 months old. that was awesome but they were also
eating all sorts of other foods.

I read about the clipping. Not too early. When they fly well,
maneuver under doorways and land gracefully I clip 8 feathers on
each side.

Still busy busy here with puppys and my lower back is giving me
fits. Took me much longer this morning to do what needed done and
that's it. I'm headed for a rest.
