    Do you mist often? I mist daily in good weather and 2 or 3
    times a week in winter. 1/3 aloe juice/2/3 water in my
    plant mister helps with dry skin and promotes healthy
    feathers. I would rub some of the mix on his feet to begin
    with. If this doesn't help then a trip to your avian vet
    would be in order.
