In very small amounts and only sporadiclly. Think about how
tiny a parrot's stomach is as opposed to a human being and
that should tell you why it has to be small amounts. The
only other bird that can thrive on egg food is the canary
but that's only when they're feeding offspring. Make sure
the egg is very hard boiled.
