Post: sick or not sick???

hello,

i'd say from about last week i started to notice a
different sound from my tiel. being he is my first i
thought he came up with a new one!
but now i am worying, it seems when i run around after him
to put him back in his cage, it starts and now i see him
breathing heavy. it seems when i am around???
the sound i thought was a sneeze at first, but now it is
more like a cough.
please help, so i know what to do first. he eats, but not
as much and i just don't know.
