    found bird - Columbia, SC around Eau Claire area - cannot
    fly very far wings are clipped I think - I'm pretty
    certain it's someone's pet from close by - trying to get
    back to rightful owner -- any help is appreciated -- we
    have cats and dog so we cannot keep a bird
