help! I AM WRITING TO GET SOME HELP. I HAVE A COCKATOO
THAT CONTINUES TO PLUCK UNTIL BLEEDING. I HAVE HAD HER TO
THE VET AND HAVE HAD ALL TESTING DONE AND EVERYTHING HAS
COME BACK NEGATIVE. SO WE ASSUME THAT SHE IS HAVING MENTAL
ISSUES. THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE IN HER DIET, ENVIRONMENT,
OR CARE. THE VET GAVE US ANTIBOTICS AND TWO OTHER
MEDICATIONS WHICH SHE HAS BEEN TAKING FOR WEEKS. I HAVE
THE AREA COVERED BUT SHE CONTINUES TO GET TO IT. WITH THE
ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS I JUST CANNOT AFFORD ANOTHER TRIP TO
THE VET. I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD ADVISE IF A
ANTIBOTIC CREAM OR NEOSPOREN WOULD HURT HER IFI APPLIED IT
TO THE ONE WOUND THAT DOES NOT LOOK VERY GOOD. I AM AFRAID
I AM GOING TO LOOSE HER AND AM AT WITS END ON WHAT TO DO.
    ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED
