    PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO TRIM A BEAK!
    If you mess up you could kill your bird.
    Give your guy lots of small wood toys to chew on.
    I give my guys cardboard boxes that printer paper comes in
    My guys also like grapevine toys that you can get at bird
    toy stores, or the paper "bagels". There are so many chew
    toys to let your bird enjoy "trimming" his own beak.
    Also doing a painful beak trim can damage your hard-earned
    trust.
    If the beak must be trimmed let a vet look at the bird, an
    over grown beak can indicate liver damage.
    Frequently caused by a sunflower seed diet
