Have them DNA sexed! People will tell you anything to sell
you a bird. Just because they said Pebbles laid eggs, does
not mean it really happened! I know of people who have
purchased so called PROVEN pairs, only to get them home,
have them sexed & have the same sex birds. Same sex birds
can bond.
You need to separate these birds! Throwing them in the same
cage the day you bring them home is irresponsible. Do a
little research. And, for you to throw a mate in with her &
you are not even sure of it's sex is even more irresponsible.
DNA sexing is only $20 per bird. Spend the money, so you
will know for sure what you have.
