I mean no real offense by saying this but I will take the
chance. I breed and sell birds. It's a love. It's a hobby
because I certainly have not gotten rich from it. It's my
passion. When someone calls about one of my birds and
says "Can he talk?" or "Is he that noisy?". I just let them
go. Birds are gonna be noisy at times. If you can't take the
noise, get another hobby. It doesn't sound like you want the
bird for himself to love and accept. It sounds like you are
looking for a novelty. Try a bookstore. It's quiet there.
