    A Green Cheek is no different than any other parrot. It
    needs a balanced and VARIED diet which should consist of a
    quality seed mix, some pellets, appropriate vegetables and
    greens, some fruits, a few nuts (shelled) and bird bread.
    Human junk food, which many are tempted to give to birds, is
    not good for parrots.
