Try searching on-line for an "avian veterinarian" in your
area, or in NYC. If you're willing to come to Westchester
County, NY, I'd recommend Dr. Laurie Hess, my sun conure's
vet. It makes a huge difference having a vet who has an
expertise with birds. But please act super quickly - it
sounds like your bird is very sick.
