    How did you come so close to the nest to know theyhad four
    eggs and three hatched? I think you were a bit nosy with the
    nest checking of wild birds. Wild birds will abandon their
    chicks more easily then birds in captivity. But if you're sure
    they are not being taken care of i would contact a bird rescue
    or humane society and whatever. Hope the chicks are okay
