Post: zebra and cordon bleu finches with feath loss and death.

hello, I work in a chain pet store, and I am noticing that
these two finches are loosing feathers from their backs,
legs, and the back of their heads\necks. I think it may
be some sort of disorder or virus type thing, but my
manager thinks it may be because parakeets are getting
into the finch cages and attacking them. this sounds
logical. but how do all of these finches loose feathers at
the same places, and then die a few days after we put them
in our love room (where we put the sick\injured). I do see
how stress from attacks could cause death though. I am
worried about this, I foud 6 dead today, and nobody else
seems to be raising an eyebrow like I am. I would really
appreciate it if someone could help me out there :-)
