    If your Canary is a female and is not tame I'd advise you to
    get her a mate? I know with all my othe finches that I've they
    can die of lonelyness and losing a mate is hard. Give her a
    bit of time alone and get her a mate, you dont exactly have to
    breed them just keep them together.
