Post: Shaft Tail Finch

I started out with 3 shaft tails. They have now produced
about 15 babies. One of the original 3 have has begun to
lose her feathers and constantly picks at the location
that looks raw. The other birds in the cage chase her
around. Has anyone experienced the loss of feathers?
Please advise
