CAN you mate with your sister/brother and produce
offspring... YES!

SHOULD you mate with your brother/sister/anyone else related
to you... NO!

And not just because it is gross, but because inbreeding can
lead to obvious genetic defects, such as physical
deformities, health problems, higher infant death rate and
the list goes on an on and on.

Same goes for a Parrot or any other animal.
