Re: African Greys

I buy red palm oil from a whole foods store. I find it to be
much cheaper that way. I purchase organic and use that in a
mixture of ground pellets water and powdered vitamins &
minerals making it the consistency of thick baby food. I give
her about a tsp in the morning and evening. It means feeding
her with a spoon giving her some special attention.
