Are you sure you have 2 males? Lutino is a sex linked color so, depending on what you pair them with, you'll know the sex of the babies when they start to feather. The link below is a genetics calculator. You can plug in the different mutations and see what colors and sexes you would get. It's fun to play with and give you an idea of what you're looking for.
As far as the fischers go....as long as you pair them with other fischers you'll be ok. It's when you cross them with a masked or a peachface is when you get in to hybrids. The others are just color mutations within the breed. Your green (normal color) will be your dominant color. I'm not sure about the other ones as I don't breed fischers. A search on the net will be able to tell you that though. Just look up fischers mutations. Good luck, Andie
