Post: missing feathers

I have a lovebird who is missing feathers around the front
of her neck. She also has a few yellow feathers there. She
is a normal peach face lovebird. I've had her about 2
months and it's not getting better but it's not getting
worse either. Although, I have seen a few feathers in the
bottom of her cage. Any idea why? She is supposed to be 2
years old but I have very little background info on her. I
ordered a kit so that I can test her for several diseases.
