I AM LOOKING TO BUY A PARROT IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE. I
SAW ONE AT THE STORE BUT WAS TOLD THEY CANT SELL IT TIL
APRIL 1ST. WHY IS THIS? WHAT SHOLD I LOOK FOR IN A HEALTHY
BIRD AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM IT IN THE FUTURE.
