    I agree with Karen. Birds don't get colds but what you are
    describing are symptoms of much respiratory distress. Whether
    it's from breathing something long term in a garage, (what were
    they thinking?) or from the temperature change he has been
    through, he is in trouble. You need to do whatever it takes to
    keep him as close to 85F as possible, out of all drafts, and
    keep him stress free until you can get in with him. YOu need a
    very well qualified and experienced Avian vet. Not a dog/cat
    vet. Please don't put it off. Get him in asap.
