Lori, I`m at that age that I need High fiber cereal, so I do not know what Fruit Loops smell like. I found a bottle of the old yellow Listerine and I gave my three CAG`s and B+G Macaw a long soaking shower and then sprayed all of them with plenty of the 20% mix. I will report on how they all smell and how long the effects last. THANKS Lunch Lady
