Oh,not a chance!G.Bill is bigger,and not easy to come
across,most likely it is a Ring neck,( a white line at the top
of the beak)or Alexandrine.If somebody is interesting-e mail me
at yelena4@cox.com -I will send you the pics,for I have both-an
Alex.and a G.Billed.
