No, nobody can help YOU get the birds. But there is a lot you
can do. Call animal control. Call the police. If you have a
local parrot rescue, call them. Call your local newspaper, ask
them to send out a reporter and a photographer. Call your
local TV station, ask them to do the same thing. If you can
give us your closest city, perhaps one of us may know of
someone specifically to call.
