Post: Amazon Question

I just got an Amazon parrot from the breeder and I have
never had one before. Do they smell more than the tiels,
parrotlets, greys, etc??? I snuggle w/ the Amazon and he
just really smells bad in his feathers like dirty unclean
bird. Is it the bird breed or did the breeder have a
stinky place to live in?? I know they have a lot of pairs
of breeders so maybe this one was in there w/ them??? I
dunno.

Someone w/ Amazon experience let me know. I have been
using a bath spray on the bird everyday, hoping that
helps. I need some Amazon tips since I never owned one!!
